Terms and Conditions: Centennial Gala

1. Ticket Sales and Attendance:

All ticket sales for the Centennial Gala are final and non-refundable.

Attendees must present a valid ticket for entry to the event.

Tickets are non-transferable unless prior arrangements have been made with the event organizers.

2. Event Details:

The Centennial Gala will take place on Saturday, September 28th at Georgia International Convention Center at 2000 Convention Center Concourse, Atlanta, GA 30337.

Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., and the event will commence promptly at 7:00 p.m.

Dress code for the gala is Black Tie.

3. Program and Activities:

The gala will feature a program of entertainment, speeches, and other activities.

The schedule of events is subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.

5. Code of Conduct:

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the event.

Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate by the organizers may result in removal from the premises.

6. Liability:

Attendees participate in the Centennial Gala at their own risk.

The organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property incurred during the event.

7. Changes and Cancellations:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances necessitating changes or cancellations, the organizers will notify attendees as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for changes or cancellations beyond the control of the organizers.

8. Acceptance of Terms:

Purchase of a ticket to the Centennial Gala constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
